"I purchased the much hyped Buzz Pro from Ecigsupply in Phoenix about 6 weeks ago. Having the luxury of living in Phoenix myself, I had a chance to "Try it before you buy it" which is nice considering the $150.00 asking price for this mod. I had purchased the original Buzz from Ecigsupply in September of 2010 and was sasitified with it's preformance except for a few minor issues and the Buzz Pro had changes that addressed those issues. So, even though the last thing I needed was another mod ecig, I decided to plunk down the coin for a Buzz Pro.
Three weeks later the switch failed on my Buzz Pro... For the $150 for the mod, I expected better. MUCH better. A quick search of the internet revealed that this was a common issue with the Buzz Pro. After a conversation with the staff at Ecigsupply, they allowed me to return the mod for FULL CREDIT towards another, different mod. If you have spent any time in the world of Ecigs, you will know that mods are "you bought it, you own it. No returns."
To have them take a used mod back in for credit when I should have had to deal with the manufacturer for a repair was an unexpected and much appericiated action."
"BUYER BEWARE! This site is actually set up pretty good. I have read the reviews from numerous sites on the web, and figured it was 50/50, so gave them a go. I placed my order. The next day I got a call telling me one of the items I ordered was not in stock in a specific color, but the site stated it was. That was not really a big deal, so I changed it and received them in a timely manner. The problem is that it is NOT an authentic Joye 510 product. They plainly state on the website that it is AUTHENTIC. This is false advertisement. Everything on the site seems legit except the authentic claims. I can only speak for the atomizers. These atomizers have ruined 2 of my batteries in less than a month already (thats 50.00usd of product). I had no other issues with this site except for that. Your decision to buy from them or not. I looked at other products pictures on their site and they show the joye stamp but they ARE NOT AUTHENTIC!!! The build quality is obvious once you get the product in hand. Cheap compared to the real authentic. I compared the ones I received to the ones I currently have that are authentic, and they ARE DIFFERENT!!!! Buyer Beware!!!

"This is company is by far the worst company I ever had to deal with, first I ordered 2 batteries for DSE801 and a USB charger, the package arrive on time, with one of the batteries defective, I thought It would not be any to just return it back and get a replacement, a month latter and no luck with them, they lied by saying my emails were forwarded to their spam, and that they have not received the defective battery yet, oldest trick to just lie and give their customer the cold shoulder, my order # ***-***-****-354 and the issue is unresolved, and WORST COMPANY EVERY STEER CLEAR> "
"Really awesome place to shop for electronic cigarettes. Their prices are good, and the orders are shipped super quick. I wasn't too sure on the website, so I gave them a call (they're local) and they give you the option to go pick things up in person. I got to meet the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't pressure me into buying anything (I did that all on my own). Got home, realized I didn't get any blank cartridges and being that I wasn't in a hurry, I ordered online. Package was sent in a plain package, with the company name as "ECS", so if you need something discrete (family...), that's a good thing. I highly recommend this website, and will be referring friends to them."
