"I ordered a 250Gb Samsung 850 EVO Series S-ATA3 Solid State 2.5In Drive on 17/11 and was told it would be delivered within a few days. Despite being promised since then that it would be delivered every few days, nothing has arrived. I requested a refund and since then, nothing - no reply to emails or phone calls and the website is unworkable. I have complained to Trading Standards and have made a final request for a refund. I hope to update this shortly as to whether I got it or Trading Standards will take it further."
"Stay away!!!! Awful company and even worse customer service. Sold me a faulty motherboard then refused to give me a refund. Now having to go through my bank and trading standards to try and get my money back. They think they are above the law and aren't interested in helping you once they have your money. They might be the cheapest but when you end up with a £150 dead motherboard and no PC for weeks/ months it's really not worth it!"

Everytime I phone them they say it's been done only to be told today that it was refunded this morning as it requires two people for a refund(whatever that is about), so I have to wait another 3 - 5 days!! I bought some upgrades for my computer, 7 sticks of memory plus a DVD/RW drive. Initially, I was sent six sticks of memory, three of which were faulty and another that was the wrong configuration. After dealing with their diabolical customer service, I had the faulty sticks independently tested, verifying my claim. I was sent replacements along with a begrudging cover letter that appeared to have been written by a sulking adolescent. None of the replacements worked. I had them tested again and all were completely shot. I posted them back recorded delivery demanding a refund. I'm still waiting for my money back after almost a year.
So in the end, yes, I paid peanuts and I got monkeys. I just can't believe that these guys are still in business!"
"BUYERS BEWARE. These guys are dreadful. There prices look cheap, but THEY DON'T DELIVER.
I ordered 3 items, where 2 were marked on the site "in stock", and 1 was "2-3 days" available. 2 weeks later I contacted them and was told there were delays on a "Saitek keyboard". 1 week further down the line, there were more delays, and 1 of the other items (a USB headset) was no longer being sold, and I would need to find an alternative, despite ordering it while it was a valid, in stock item.
I cancelled the order at this point, to find that they don't charge you on dispatch, but on order placed.
Avoid these guys like the plague! They lie! Saving 2 pounds on the order means nothing, if you never get the order.

"Avoid at all costs! Eclipse computers prices are very good but their customer service is absolutly shocking. I have used them twice before this order the first time was hassle free, second time I had to ring up, two weeks after the order to find out what I had ordered wasn't in stock. Today on my third order I rang up to see where it was (After waiting two weeks), I was in a queue for thirty mins (0870 number), they told me what I ordered wasn't in stock (Again), when I asked why they had not contacted me they couldn't provide a meaningful answer. The prices are fantastic but thats where it stops being fantastic. They are quick enough to take your money, but by no means as quick dispatching your goods. I would reccomend you avoid this company at all costs, and similar rweviews say this of them too. They are mearly rank amateurs, with no sense of customer care whatsoever, They do not deserve your business, which is why I emplore you to read and heed the reviews posted about them, and steer clear at all costs!

"I have used Eclipse Computers on a couple of occasions now and needless to say i don't plan to again. While at first glace, prices might seem good, they really are the only positive point. Customer service is nigh on inexistent, and even if you get through to someone, they tend to be fairly un-accommodating. I placed my latest order over a month ago, and am still yet to receive some goods, on overpriced 'next day' delivery. I had to phone them because of this, which was when i found out the case i ordered and was displayed as 'Normally In Stock' had infact been discontinued. Despite this, they had marked it as 'to follow' on my Delivery Note, and not hesitated to take my money. Also, two of my items were received completely different to what was shown on their website, so i have to beat a return out of Eclipse. I was told couriers were being sent to collect the items yesterday, yet having taken a day off work and waited around the house all day, nobody arrived. Time for another phone call, and i find out that the boss above the person i spoke to wouldn't authorise the couriers being sent. Of course, i wasn't told this. Overall, an utterly abysmal service, don't be fooled by the low prices, you'll be much better off going elsewhere."

"I ordered a new mobo, external HDD and some molex lights from these people. The prices looked great. Unfortunately, their web site lies about their stock. They debit your account, then tell you they are out of stock. They will then say that they are getting an order in a week's time. A week later, they will say the same. I will never use them again."

Ordered a Big Typhoon, which was stated as a stock item on their site. 2 weeks later, with no word, or shipping confirmation, I emailed them. out of stock. I decide to wait. I finally cancelled the order (10th November!), but that took 2 emails, and nearly an hour of "You are number 1 in the Queue" to get through.
Lot's of promises, but no service. Appalling, and they really seem to think that a little cheaper will make up for 6 weeks of waiting.
