"I was very impressed with the overall quality and fast turn around time of the cycling kit as were the rest of the team. It was thoroughly tested in a 700 mile ride through some very varied conditions and always performed as expected. The cut of the clothing isn't exactly for racing, but it was perfectly adequate for our riders of varying sizes for a five day tour. You can see pics of us using the kit at www.ridetothehills.co.uk.

I would recommend Eclipse Cycling as the quality exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. My only criticism is that sometimes correspondance takes a few of days so make sure you start the order process with plenty of time and keep your changes to a minimum."

"For the most part I'm happy with my jerseys. The fabric is of good quality and they were able to get the artwork write. The only thing they missed on was a change I requested to a font. I even found the correct font for them and they failed to make the change. Maybe because their program couldn't handle the font. It would have been nice had they said they couldn't make that change. It does take a while to get the order, about a month. The jerseys are definitely priced right. I will order again with the hopes of getting my font on the next order."

"Make sure you understand what you are getting with Eclipse. When they mess up your order, like they did mine and ship you the wrong item, they will only pay a PORTION of your return shipping. I spent over $100 and one pair of shorts was completely wrong. In my communications with them they said "Return it back to us (we will pay for the return postage) , we will re-produce one to you". I attempted to set up the return and exchanged emails as they continued to ask for photos after I sent them multiple times. They ignored me for a while, and then finally replied and stated that they would accept my return but would not pay for the return postage as they had originally agreed to. It just so happened that they reneged on their shipment agreement on the 46th day so I could not file a PayPal dispute. The question as to why their communication took so long finally made sense. They then refused to honor their word and said that the terms that were agreed to and they refused to make the situation right.

So, to summarize, if they screw up, you are on the hook. You are going to have to literally pay for their mistake. If you complain, they will lie to you and they will resort to name calling and will eventually just ignore you. They have your money, they don't care if you are satisfied. If you post a complaint on their Facebook page, they will delete your comment and block you so do not trust the glowing reviews on Facebook.

The product isn't bad (when it is right), but the customer service is atrocious. "

"If I hadnt had an issue with a very delayed delivery and appalling customer service I would agree with the other reviews of Eclipse - being good value for money and good quality garments.

My delivery was delayed for some reason and I made multiple enquiries. Three weeks elapsed before I was told that shipment was being made that day. This meant it would be too late for my needs (the garments were to be worn as part of a team cycling trip).

No reason was given as to why it took 9wks for the garments to arrive. Eclipse told me "that's just the way it is" and it was up to me to pay the postage ($20-30) if I wanted to return the goods.

Their customer service over this matter has been shocking. Their last email to me said "we dont want to waste the time, so this is the last email we reply to you." Charming.

These guys need to have a good look at their approach to customers when things dont go as planned. I dont recomend them. "

"My original order was lost somewhere in transit and I was required to wait an additional month or so for the replacement shirt. Once the order arrived the shirt itself was fine. I found that the graphics came out nearly excellent. Unfortunately the XL size proved to be too small for me and as a result I will not be able to wear the shirt. Most of my bike shirts are XL and they fit me quite well. My wife will inherit this shirt and I will eventually order a new one for myself. I suppose I will have to order a XXXL size."
