"Placed an order on 9/23/2011. Got an automatic email saying it was being processed immediately and then heard nothing. On 10/10 I called them to ask for an update and they said their computer was down and they would call me back today. No call. Called them back on 10/11 and was told they had issues back when I placed my order and did not get notified about it and it had never been processed. Was told I would get a call back today to see about getting the product shipped. No call. I called back again at the end of the day and was told that the item I purchased had to be custom made (no mention of this, was listed as in stock on their website).
I was able to cancel my order, now almost 3 weeks after placing it, but am back at square one, and my project is behind schedule. Absolutely will not attempt to buy from again."
