"I had a number of problems with my Windows 8 computer that just about drove me to insanity. I had so many maintenance programs opening that I couldn't close them. When the technician tried to create a remote connection to my computer, we had to try numerous times to accomplish this task because the connection window was nearly hidden because all of the "trash" on my screen. When connection was achieved, Martin was able to resolve all of my problems AND fix a number of problems that I wasn't even aware of that could have caused a fatal crash in the future. I signed up for a 4 year maintenance contract with them, and this was the best spent $199 this year even if I don't have any more problems in the next 12 months. What a bargain."
"I was very impressed with how quickly my computer was fixed. If for some reason we lost our connection, they immediately called back on the telephone. My only complaint was that if was difficult at times to understand the support person with his foreign accent."

"The work done today was excellent and it was done by a person with the name Ben. I did not describe the problem very well until he had looked at the problem and asked me a question which led directly to the solution. Out of nowhere, a problem from months earlier occurred but in a different way. The first time it happened, Word documents opened to a square that did not fill the screen and when it was fixed, the size of the 20-point typeface remained the same but was smaller to the eye and I needed glasses. This time, the documents were opening within too large a farme so that the left had side was not there to read. Ben got the size right and the print size back to where I could once again read it without glasses. A job well done with a lot of patience for someone who had trouble describing the problem.
