"I bought a new computer recently and with that came the issue of re-downloading my favourite software. During the downloads I received a very large number of viruses and some were in a Chinese script and didn't allow for me to remove them or uninstall them. I contacted "Ecomputer support net and they reassured me that they could and would solve all my issues, of course for a fee, I was concerned with the cost of their service but was not in a position to not use their service, my computer was doing anything it wanted so I agreed to pay the cost of a 2 year service contract. It seemed the best value for money.
It has now been about 2 weeks and I have had 4 contacts with the support company with issues from a recurrence of the Chinese virus to just helping me to import a PST file from my usb stick to the outlook program. I have only had good resolutions with Ecomputer support, they have an icon on my desktop and I only need to double click on it and I have 24 hour 7 day a week full support and complete cheerful service from the support techs they have. I haven't had to wait for any service they have always answered within a minute and gone about the business of resolving any computer Issue I have, their patience is astounding and their work is very thorough, I whole heartedly recommend Ecomputer Support even to those that are computer literate and computer savvy. Ecomputer have a good number of Tech programs at their disposal and it would cost more than the contract price just to have those programs and then to know how to use them all. I am satisfied with the cost and the service that has been given me. Thank you Ecomputer support "
