"Overall, it seems like the computer issue has been resolved. However, it took 6 people and 6 hours to get to this point. A number of the people continued to tell me to type the same item continuously and I repeated that it did not work. Once we got to the final gentleman, they had been stating to type something with www. and it would only work without that. After 4hours, they should listen a bit to the customer, if it is not working for them repeatedly."
