"I contacted the support from my MacAfee support screen and reached Shirley who took some initial information and passed it onto 2nd level (Martin). The initial cost was quite excessive; however, since I had previously talked to Microsoft whose charge was substantially lower, Ecomputersupport lowered their price to a better rate.
