Good work and good communication with the customer. I am a computer dummy and it was nice that people let me know what was going on and didn't give up on me. You folks were the until the problem was resolved.

"Spent the first 20 minutes with repeated sales pitch from the first level technician for what is a somewhat expensive fee for their service. This individual "showed" a thousand files on my computer that were infected even though the new hard drive had only been installed for five hours and had only been accessed by a Dell technician, myself, and the Ecomputer technician. This was done through a couple different prompts that seemed too easy to find with that process.
Second level technician then downloaded three different antivirus/malware programs to my computer and never did utilize any of them to their fullest extent. Insisted a "manual cleaning" was needed which was the sales pitch of the first level technician. This involved manual uninstall as he "searched" for programs that should not be there. I pointed out to the second level technician twice about an adware program that was still showing under downloaded programs and this adware program remained until nearly the final step in the McAfee repair process.
An individual likely could have accomplished the same process with something such as Malwarebytes or similar program and likely done so in a shorter amount of time."
