"My PC developed a problem in that it would not allow McAfee antivirus to be installed and was getting POP-UPs with every site visit. McAfee referred me to Ecomputersupport for assistance. They spent over 20 hours working on the problem. In the end we reset the PC and re-installed McAfee and MS Office 365. My 5th session, which was today went smoothly and Mario did some reconfiguration on my PC and re-installed Office 365 and McAfee antivirus software. Mario performed well and all of the techs were amicable. To their credit, all stayed with the problem, working diligently until the issues were resolved. "
