"a stubborn popup kept appearing on a yahoo game page as well as when I was accessing my yahoo e-mail; very annoying and preventing the proper use of the computer; Rick worked hard (I believe with Nash) and eventually the problem was resolved as the popups were blocked (I checked several times and so far they are not bothering me); Rick also worked on my computer yesterday and after he completed the clean up work the computer speed increased noticeably;
