"All the support people were very good and very knowledgeable. It took 4 hours to get the fix I needed....Kaspersky would not update. I was transferred to another location that spent 2 hours cleaning my computer...at the cost of $179....and then was sent back to the original department that dealt with my initial problem....inability to download KAV updates.

Finally fixed that problem...malware could have interrupted the connection to the Kaspersky computer. Well at least my computer is clean."
