"I had two technicians through Norton Laura and Fred whom I contacted to help identify and remove bad files/malware from my PC. Laura evaluated my problem and walked me through some issues and offered a package of tech support for $299.99 for one year 24/7 service. There was a one-time manual clean up and then the one year service which would allow monthly clean ups. Fred came on to clean up the fraudulent files and install another software package called AV Strike for double malware support. That was offered at a discounted price of $39.99. The only thing I am not completely sure about is that I thought I was working with Norton all along and now I am leaving a review for ecomputersupport.net. I guess I was passed along by Norton to them? Not sure. Browsers working without popups now and I am hopeful that the money was well spent."
