"I had to call the Eddie Bauer store for assistance. I purchased a light jacket last spring and was told I could purchase additional components for it. I was unable to find my jacket online and I was unable to identify the appropriate components for it. The store representative directed me to the proper component which I purchased online. The sales associate also told me that if I was not satisfied with the product once it arrived, I could return it to the store in Omaha or the outlet in Gretna Nebraska."

"What is the difference between pants and trousers? This always confuses me. There is a particular style of pants/trousers that I like, and want to buy again, but I am never sure which it is, and it's hard to see a difference in the photos. I have bought 2 kinds - one with a button at the waist, one with invisible hooks. The photos of one are with a belt, so you can't see the closure. I had to look through the others to figure out (I hope) that because the other one showed a button, this was probably the one with the hidden hooks. Could you:1. say what the difference is between pants and trousers?2. show the waist closures in photos?"
