"Eddie Bauer is an outstanding company, made more so by the relatively recent launch of the First Ascent (FA) product lines. Products in the FA category are outstanding as far as quality and value. Recently however, it appears that EB is steering away from FA and back toward more of the fashionista concerns. While a broad product selection is great, I sincerely hope that they not only maintain but grow the FA products. If FA falls by the way side, I'm sure I wont be alone in shopping elsewhere for my outdoor products. PLEASE keep FA going!!!"
