On 12/21 I checked the status and determined it was still in stock processing. I contacted customer service (18 minute hold time) and was guaranteed Inwould receive it on 12/24 and told I was going to get a 10% refund for the inconvenience. On 12/22 I received an email it was back ordered until 1/1/16. I checked online and it was still available. I called customer service again (12 minute hold time) and was told they have a lot of them. They said they could not tell me when it would ship and refused to overnight it.

In 12/23 I received an e-mail the back ordered coat has shipped and will arrive on 12/24.

On 12/24 the jacket arrived"
