"I bought a refurb laptop in Jan 2020, in August it died. I sent it back as it was under warranty. 3 weeks later called and they hadn't opened the package yet, I nudged them to get on with it and got a replacement a couple of weeks later. The second one developed problems and became unusable within 8 months, now not under warranty I asked about a repair/replacement part job, they said on the phone to email what I needed specifically. I did so, twice. A week and a half has gone by and no reply.
