"I ordered a charge cable for my Garmin Nuvi 2557 LMT. I needed it ASAP, so I paid for expedited shipping, $20, thinking I would get the cable overnight. No way, the cable came from China! It arrived more than a week and a half after I ordered it. And then, when I used it to charge my Garmin, the Garmin said the cable was not compatible and would not charge the unit. Their website specifically said that the cable i ordered was compatible with the Garmin Nuvi 2557LMT. I sent a picture of the error message from the garmin and asked for refund of the $23 I paid - $2.95 for the cable and $20 for shipping. They said they would refund me only the purchase price of the cable - $2.95, but not for postage. So, they want me to send the cable back to China, at my expense, and they won't refund my original shipping charge. SCAMMERS It is not even worth my sending it back, the postage cost to send it back to China will exceed the value of the cable.
Why do I have to suffer a financial penalty? The EforBuy website clearly said the product was compatible with my unit. They send a flawed product and will not take responsibility for it! DON'T do business with this unethical firm.

"I ordered from this site a few weeks ago and they did not ship it out for two whole days. I will not buy from this site again. I have had to many problems and they did not give me a tracking number, even though they said that usps does not give tracking numbers. I know they do. I would recomend not to order from this site. Will not be shipping here again ever. Todays date is 2/7/2012, I ordered from them on 1/23/2012 and still have not recieved my package. Do not order anything from them. Go to Amazon.com if you can. "This company does not disclose proper location of it's warehouse. I looked at where the shipment was coming from and the warehouse states Oregon and Canada. After 2 weeks I emailed them and when they finally answered they told me that shipments can take up to 4 to 12 days for delivery. They also advertised that they ship USPS but the package came from China. I finally received the cable I purchased 15 days later from Beijing, China.
Needless to I will not be doing anymore business with this company and would suggest that everyone be very careful of EFORBUY.com."
