"I just ordered from e functional.com on 3/17/11.They took the money out of my account and sent me an e mail stating that my order would be processed in 24 to 48 hours and shipped.On 3/21/11 I recieved another e mail stating"The distrubitor has informed us your item is no longer in stock".They then cancelled my order.I did get my money back but informed my bank to be on the lookout for a bogus charge from this company.I also checked the website before I wrote this and still listed in big letters is the item they claim is out of stock.Do not trust this site.Tried to e mail and was sent back saying domain no longer exists.Also clicked on the website customer service link and said web page has expired.SHADY all the way around.Big waste of time.Avoid at all costs."

"I ordered something from efunctional.com and a few days later received the wrong item. I was a little worried because of all the reviews I read but I have to say, as soon as I emailed them I got a reply. The girl helping me (Paige) was great and replied rapidly and professionally.
I got the right item within a few days and they sent me return labels to send back the mistaken items.
The service was great (by email) and I would order from them again."

placed my order. I then received an email following my initial order that noted that it would take 1-2 weeks for my order to be shipped. This frustrated me because I chose Efunctional.com because the product was available within a reasonable amount of time. I then received an email two weeks later saying that my order had been cancelled because I had not complied with their backorder policy which they had supposedly made clear to me when they supposedly notified me of my item being on backorder. "Very disappointed! Spoke to there representative on the phone because the online order didn't work. They took my order and assured me they had the product in stock and would ship it out that day. Wrong, it was back ordered.
Then the charged my credit card an extra $1.00 on a sperate transaction. They denided this, but I have the online statement to prove it.
Now they don't return my emails about the back ordered product, and no one answers the phone.
Great pricing is nothing without decent customer service and ethics.

"Wanted to get my wife a hard sided case for her Toshiba 17" laptop. Went to Efunctional after price comparing with a few other venders. While the price on the Vangaurd case SEEMED great, shipping charges brought it right up to the other venders who charged less for shipping. The package arrived on the 15th and not very well padded I must say. Just a sheet of bobble wrap on each side. For this they charged >$24.00??? I'm glad it was a hard sided case or it would not have survived! Also the case dimensions that were listed were off. I realize that that was probably not Efunctional's fault, but an accurate description would have been more professional. I decided to exchange it for a larger case that would give more room yet I can't get an answer to my email for an RMA. If they were more professional there would be a phone number to talk direct to customer service. On top of that they charge a 15% "restocking" fee? IF they give me an RMA and I get this resolved prperly I will let you know, but judging by their seller satisfaction average, I'm not going to hold my breath. So all in all they've lost me as a repeat customer and I've spread the word to my fellow E-shoppers. I have to wonder how long they will stay solvent with this type of service.
On Dec 17th I wrote about a bad experience I had with Efunctional.com I ordered a case for my wife's 17" laptop that I thought would fit. When it arrived I found that the dimentions, that were listed on their web page were not accurate compared to reality. I had requested an RMA to exchange the case for a larger on. I was expecting to have a hard time with that, judging by some of the other reviews. Well let me be honest with you. Efunctional did rspond to me in a timely manner. I received all paper work for the return of the case and had discovered that the stated dimentions were from that manufacturer, not Efunctional.com. I also found out that their shipping rates were a little higher than some others, not much mind you, but not out of line with what UPS chrges for that given weight of the case and it's packaging. I verified this with the local UPS store. They could've - should've packed better. One layer of bubble wrap IS to light for the package they shipped, so they do need to teach their shipping department to be more professional. But the situation DID get corrected to my satisfaction and I have to admit I just might give them more consideration next time I buy online. I feel that it is only fair to give them a complete review after my first review was so strong."

"Placed an order without first checking RESELLERRATINGS. Was very apprehensive after reading what was written. However, everything turned out fine. Shipping was relatively reasonable ($8.96 for UPS ground on a single 2.60lb item). Tracking information was supplied. Update of Order Status could have been quicker and query sent to customer service regarding status of order was replied within 24 hours. Item arrived well packed and in very good condition. Overall a good experience."
"In a word - "SCAM". The offer: Jensen TV-940A TV antenna for $54 year end clearance sale price - normally $82. The catch: *after* you head to checkout by sending them your name & address, etc, you learn that minimum shipping (ground) on this small item is over $31!!! (or almost 60% markup on their "sale" price - magically bringing the total price back in line with a standard retail range price.) Avoid this type of scamming and give honest vendors your business. Much worse than the eCost "Handling Fee" scam. Efunctional.com now joins the list of vendors I know I can't trust.
