"The site is extremely effective and I found a fantastic woman on this site. But I would honestly never recommend the site otherwise because they are not up front about being non refundable. Every other site that I've used is upfront, right on the subscription page. Eharmony? It's buried somewhere in the terms and conditions (which few people ever read fully), and when I called to try and get my payment plan cancelled for the five months out of the six that I had purchased (I found her within a month), that was what I was told. "Non refundable, it's in the terms and conditions." Very frustrating. And I cannot even take down my profile until the six month term is up! "
