There is a phone number listed for "help" but when I called that, the agent said they did not work with the company I chose, and tried to sell me another company. "

Humana's website says instant approval and immediate access to your plan. After being charged, I am being told it will take maybe 10 days to get everything going. What's the point of this site, if I can get it faster from the actual insurance company? "
