"SPAM website!!! They sent my number out to literally 100s of other insurance companies accross the USA. I started getting a call every two minutes from various companies nonstop instantly after entering my info on their site. I called EHealthinsurance number & inquired if they give out people's phone number to other companies throughout US & they agreed that they do. So I requested that person on phone to take my number off from that. What I was told shocked me. He said he can only take my number out from their system but cannot prevent those other companies from calling me; & that the only way for me to do so is to answer eachhh of those calls & ask each of those companies to put me in their do not call list. And thats not it!... When I tried doing that, those callers would just hang up on me when I ask them to add me to their DNC list!! Its been about a week & I am still getting about 15 calls a day... some numbers calling over & over multiple times since I don't pick up their calls anymore!

"I went to their site because I was having problems filling out an online application on the regence site (come to find out the problem was I logged into my regence account, I needed to go in as a guest - wish I was told that during one of my many calls to regence). We had a COBRA plan that expired 11/30/2015 with regence. We wanted to continue our policy with no lapse. I was able to fill out application on ehealth, so I filled it out stating we had a qualifying event - our COBRA account ended, and we wanted our insurance to start 12/1/2015. Well upon review the took off the qualifying event, and had a start date of 1/1/2016, and the response kept coming back "they think", I had passed the deadline. Finally only correct piece of advice was to contact regence. They got me all set up. I would not recommend, nor ever use ehealth. They changed my policy without notifiying me of any changes and then tried to sell me lapse insurance, and we're very unknowledgable when questioned.
