"I had previously spoken to someone on the phone who helped me decide which insurance fit my wallet. That was a phenomenal experience even though it took 15 minutes for my call to be answered. The rep listened and signaled into my needs. After speaking to her, I needed to go on line to pick a pin and fill in an application. The whole process, phone calls and online processing, took about 2 hours total. I did have another question so while I was applying, I made a phone call back to eHealth and was put on hold for 25 minutes, I then hung up after I completed the application process. I still do have questions, but I'm hoping I'll get some answers after February 15, when the rush has calmed and the phone lines are more accessible. I have affordable health insurance coverage now, so that a plus! Going through eHealth helped me decide! Thank you."
