I am thoroughly disgusted at your customer service and I am about ready to log a complaint with the BBB.

I have not received my order # 37637 and I am furious nobody has called me back or responded to my emails. You basically have stolen my money and left me no option but to file a dispute with my Credit Card.

This is my final attempt at communication with your company that so alleges it has great customer service.

Email sent to company on 9/25/15. No response. Once this company has your money that's it folks! I had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund. If you order then be sure you are aware if you have a problem you will have to resolve it outside the company. "

"What a wonderful service!! I was without a remote for my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited for about a year. I did not go to a dealer knowing their prices would be enormous. "Excellent customer service. The first key fob was bad so I contacted ekeyfobs by email and received a response to contact them by phone. I told them that the key fob was bad and that I would like to have my key that was cut to be swapped with the new key fob (cutting the key cost $40.00). They cut the key on the new fob and sent me the replacement. The key programmed the first time I tried. I will deal with ekeyfobs again in the future.

"Ordered a key for my 2005 Sequoia. "A" key arrived with a picture of a sedan on it. Didn't work of course. Filed a report on the website asking what to do. Never got a reply. Eventually, my "ticket" disappeared from the website.

"Im from Canada and the plastic housing on both key fobs for our 2010 Dodge Caravan were starting to break apart. It was only matter of time before they would stop working so decided to go to the Chrysler dealer for new ones. SHOCK!!!!! They wanted 200 plus 50 for programing new keys. I started to search the web for a good alternative source and found Ekeyfobs.com but could not find the exact version of mine. Phoned their toll free number and they set me up with the exact key that would match. I received it today, programed it and it works like a charm! You do need 2 original keys to make the new one work, but I had 2. This key will still work for you if you have the dealer program it but will cost you 57 in Canada for them to do that. "I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Rav4 that did not come with the keyfob. I like many people was not interested in going to the dealership and paying $280 for a replacement. "AWFUL COMPANY, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I ordered a new keyfob for my 2004 Dodge and received it pretty quickly. I programmed it myself just like I had programmed several others keyfobs in the years that I have owned the car. It worked for about a week and then the buttons would not lock or unlock the car, it would however still start the car. I called in and talked to a ekeyfob assistor and was told to try reprogramming it, which I had already done twice, it still did not work. I called back and was told that the assistor would talk to the owner to see how to handle, I did not receive a callback! I called back again and was told to try to replace the battery, which my husband took it to Autozone and they checked it and said it did not work and replaced the battery. It still does not work, they will not replace it nor give me money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIC AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE............"
