"Needed a part for an old Acer computer. Elecok had it so I ordered it. The company charged my card the same day and then I got an email informing me that the item could not ship because all warehouse staff was out for the Chinese New Year. This resulted in a two week delay during which the company had my money but had not shipped the part. That is a big red flag to me. They did ship the part on the date two weeks later that they said they would but did not let me know that they had done so. This necessitated an email from me to confirm shipment. The email was promptly responded to and confirmed shipment. The part arrived a couple of days later. It was as advertised. I installed it in the computer and it is working perfectly

I have no issues with the item I purchased. It was exactly as described and was exactly what was needed. My only beef involves a lack of communication. Kinda feel like I should have been informed of the impending shipment delay and that the company would hammer my credit card long before the item was shipped. In this case I would have bought the part from them anyway since they seemed to be the only company that sold it new. Instead I had no chance to pursue purchasing a used part unless I was willing to do the paperwork to cancel the order and contest the charqe with my credit card issuer. I should have also been informed of the actual shipping date so I could plan accordingly. Now that I am familiar with how they operate I would have no qualms doing business with them again. It's just a different level of service than I am used to. That's why I docked one star from what was otherwise a five star performance."

"Genuine product. Fast shipping. Got it in a week’s time - I am from India (Northeast); my order was placed on the 19th, seller dispatched it on the 22nd and I received it on the 26th. I have already fitted it in my laptop and it is perfectly fine. What else to expect.

A few words though about the final cost of the item. I chose expedited shipping (which obviously costs more); on top of that my credit card issuing bank did not let my payment through – so I had to pay via PayPal which incurred another 4% extra as PayPal’s currency conversion fee; added to it I had to pay a hefty import duty (at the customs clearance in India). After adding up all the expenses I ended up paying a heavy amount (Rs 19,970.91) for an item costing Rs. 8,313.21. But I am satisfied that I got what I wanted and that too in a short period. I console myself that for a 65K INR laptop (MRP of 99K INR minus various offers), another 20K INR spent on a replacement LCD display panel is acceptable (though expensive). Guys, please take good care of your gadgets.

The original display panel of my LG Gram 14 had broken due to my rough handling. Authorized LG India service centers and local laptop service centers in various cities in India were not able to help me in getting the panel replaced (I have tried for almost a year). Hence, I decided to do it on my own. Now I have replaced the broken panel with the new one from Elecok, on my own, and my laptop display is perfectly fine now. It is as if I have got a brand-new laptop for 20K INR!
