(Part 2)Today 31.03.2021I received a e-mail from Elecok saying that they will cover +/-81.6% of the customs fine/express shipping cost that wasn't express shipping due to the two month delay at customs, they have restored my trust and I greatly appreciate there offer as the part I ordered from them was for a quoted job that i cant adjust for extra cost, so at least now I'm not doing the repairs for my client for free, I will use them again now that i know they are prepared to make up for their mistakes, so i can safety say that I do recommend that you use Elecok you wont be loosing you money like you do on 'wish'...

2 weeks ago:

(Part 1)The invoice shipped with the item from the supplier said that the value of the item is $20, where as the invoice that I provided to customs said +/-$46 which was what I actually paid, this resulted in the item being held in holding at customs for 2 months.
On top of this I had paid extra for FedEx express shipping ( 4-6 days), so that was just money down the drain. I don't recommend using Elecok.
