"I ordered some carbon monoxide detectors months ago. They charged my card even though they did not have the product. For 3 months I emailed them every month and each time they said delivery was 1 more month away. It turns out the manufacturer discontinued the product. I demanded a refund and they did give me my money back. I'm convinced they would have strung me along forever. If I had forgotten the order they would have just kept my money. Beware. This place is a scam."

"I bought a slimline dishwasher over a month ago from this company and recieved no email back. The money was not returned to me, so they kept it. I tried talking to ERIC on its chat. Eric was not helpful. He ignored my message after reading them, plus did not want to take down any of my details and check the system. I just got ignored. It was only when I said it was a disgraceful company and that I will go small claim"s court, that he typed back defending the company. More use that a chocolate fireguard. Will try one last time and call tomorrow, lets see if the bother checking on the system. Customer service is obviously not of importance to them."

"My smoke detectors are hard wired and connected so that if the one in the basement detects smoke the one on the main floor will also sound the alert and vise versa, but they are different detectors. I was able to search for new detectors on their website using my old model numbers and they automatically upgraded to a new model. Plug and play for both only needed to change the mounting base. I have never had a household project go so smoothly. (Wife was happy as I didn't curse once!) Everything was installed and back to normal in under 30 minutes of opening the shipping box. An adapter was even included to bridge the old connection to the new connection for one of the detectors. I would strongly recommend and I will definitely be back."
