I originally ordered on 11/14/2012 and confirmation e-mail stated that I would receive the items in 1-2 weeks (most items within 7 days, 1 item was on back order and could take up to 2 weeks to get to me). After two delays I finally received my order on 12/5/2012 (about 3 weeks after ordering). And the shipping only took 1 day (they are only 1 hour north of me in CA). This means all of the delays were the company, not shipping. This delayed my contractor and my HVAC project. "
