I was sent the completely wrong item so I both emailed the company AND wrote on the contact section of their website with pictures of the wrong item they sent me and asked them how we can resolve this problem. They never contacted me back and I never received the part I needed."

"Lost my Norelco 7310XL's head holder and retainer bracket. Electric Shavers and Replacement Parts (a store owned by Shaving Prophets)seemed to be the only place selling those parts.

$30 and a few days later, I had the parts, they were all the right model, and my razor is back in working condition.

"Don't bother buying anything from this site, I placed an order on march 9 2013, They told me that they shippoed the order out with a tracking number.
I waited a few days to check the status of my order and the post office did not have any information on the tracking number.
Well maybe someone did not put in the right number, or something. I don't know. Yesterday on March 21, I decided to find out what was going on, I checked th tracking number again, no info about my order, Do I called the post office, they said the tracking number is invalid. I called the number provided , and it went into a voicemail with no message when you call. I checked google to get another phone number, surpise, surprise the message stated that the mailbox was full and said you can not leave a message at this time.
I was lucky to have paid by paypal and today they informed me that they were returning the funds to me.
Stay away from savers-and-replacement-parts.com and Shaving Prophets, Inc another name that they go under. (I wonder why they have at least 2 names? )
