"After having transmission parts purchased from this company were installed 8 months ago the transmission started doing the same thing again, this sensor proved to be defective with code 1756.
After contact with Electrical Advantage numerous times about the 1 year warranty the seller refused to help in any way.
Owner said he was to busy to look up invoice number!
NOTE:(Code P1756 means that the governor pressure not equal to target. It's a transmission code and a common failure on Dodge transmissions. I have seen these governer pressure sensors fail often, most often the codes that come up are governor pressure sensor volts too high, too low, or governor pressure sensor not equal to target as in your case. You need to replace the governor pressure sensor and soleniod. I would recommend you to fix this problem as soon as possible or you will end up burning the clutches in the transmission. The transmission pan needs to be removed and.the sensor is bolted to the valve body on the passenger front side of the valve body.)
