"One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!
Placed my order on Oct.23rd, Charged my CC on Oct. 24th,
On Oct. 25th I sent an email and if order had shipped (since CC was charged!) and requested tracking number - no response.
On Oct 30th sent another email and left phone message to see if order had shipped - no response.
On Nov. 1st sent another email requesting same information and if no response I was going to cancel the order- no response.
On Nov. 8th sent email and phone message requesting that they cancel the order due to lack of response and no shipment of order. They finally responded to this email and they said the following:
"Hello
The ez40 has never been charged
The 06 book is expected here at any time
I have sent this to accounting to have this credited
Customer Service"
On Nov. 14th sent another email stating that I had yet to receive the credit and to cancel the order and I was going to dispute the CC charge -they responded on Nov. 15th with:
"Sir
We did ask if you wanted to cancel
All you had to say is cancel
This has been sent to accounting to be credited
Customer Service"
Never did they ask if I wanted to cancel - told them three times to cancel the order - Nov.1st, Nov. 8th and Nov. 14th! So today - Nov. 15th I sent the following:
"When did you ask? So besides rotten service you lie also - read your emails. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY CANCEL!"
and they responded with:
"Sir are you reading what we are writing you
This has been sent to accounting to be credited
Customer Service"
Do you see anywhere they ask me if I wanted to cancel the order? I told them 3 times to cancel and as of today there still is no credit.
If you deal with this company I hope you experience is better than mine! The emails I received were from "contractor-books.com". The site looks the same so be carefull with them too!
