They advertise low prices online for merchandise they don't have and can't get. They even confirmed the availability thru their chat then after making payment they contacted me saying they don't have it and can't get it and wanted to keep my money and send an alternative product. The product I tried to purchase is still being advertised for sale on their site (HMIC-025 Hosa cables) Really bad experience trying to buy from them online. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back."
