"Placed an $87 order for two items on 3/6. Never heard from them as to when the order would be shipped. Sent an email on 3/11 and left a voice mail on 3/13 inquiring. No response to either. Voice mail recording tells you that you will get faster service by emailing. Obviously not. Emailed again on 3/14 advising that I would cancel order if I did not hear from them by close of business on 3/18. Finally received an email on 3/18 informing me that they were waiting for shipment from the manufacturer and that items would be shipped on March 20. Why hadn't they informed me earlier that my ordered items were not in stock? Items finally arrived on 3/27, 3 weeks after placing the order."
"I needed to return $700 worth of electrical floor receptacles as my customer didn’t like the colors. I Jumped through all of their ridiculous hoops to get my money back. (you have to email them to get a return number, and they take 7+ days to reply back just for that!)
I called and held 17 minutes twice just to be hung up on. Called repeatedly for the next several days just to be greeted with “Please hold” literally every single time I called and that’s if they actually picked up the phone. If you email, you might as well be talking to a damn brick wall. It cost $85 to ship the items back to Santa Monica, Crapfornia and I provided them with a tracking number and everything they needed. The receptacles arrived via usps, and 11 days later I still hadn’t received a refund or even a RESPONSE after multiple emails were sent. (I gave up on actually speaking to a live person.)
This is when I decided to get PayPal involved and I’m so thankful I did. Not only did I get my full refund, but also wasn’t subjected to their bull “25% restocking/inspection fee” so my shipping was covered as well!

"I placed an order for a concrete electrical box late on 5/8/2023 (effectively 5/9/2023) that I needed ASAP. Calculating that I'd need to pay for overnight delivery, I shelled out $40 for next day delivery. On 5/10/2023 I received a shipping notice that said they were shipping this 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. I quickly emailed them that I paid for overnight shipping and that they needed to correct the service they selected. No response. USPS updated that they received the item on 5/11/2023 for arrival on 5/15/2023 via the 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail service. Sure the company met it's 24-48 hour shipping time, but they've pocketed my money and did not ship overnight. They do not respond to emails and will steal your money. Save yourself the headache and avoid Electricsuppliesonline. "

"I ordered a part on a Friday I needed quickly. Paid $27 for 2 day shipping for a $13 part. Called Monday to be told the part was shipping on Monday, not Friday when I placed the order- I should expect it Wednesday/Thursday. Thursday, I call because I’ve received no tracking info- part has not shipped. They offer to ship it Thursday, do not apologize for dropping the ball, and still want to charge me for express shipping. The manager’s name (what he told me) is Frank Nadizarian. The young customer service female would not transfer me to him when I asked- I had to call back. Frank himself would answer the phone "Hold, please" and put you on hold without speaking to you first. I had to call, repeatedly, over 8 times before I spoke to Frank… because of these phone games. Their reviews are mostly one star, so beware."

I am out the money for my order and the rude woman who took my call (after a 20-minute hold) refused to do anything about the order I NEVER received (I didn't get tracking info either but they claim they sent the item). "Ordered heaters and was informed they had a 11 to 15 day lead time to ship. Ordered on 11/25 and they shipped 12/30. Paid extra for 3 day delivery. Right now we are sitting on 8 days and I have not seen them yet. Shipping company says no rush or expidited shipping was requested.
Tried calling the company to discuss, and they don't have the voicemail even set up. I suspect they are tired of getting complaint calls that they stopped answering the phone.
Wish I would have checked reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. Don't expect they will be in business much longer."

"I placed this order 7/16 and pay for 2 day shipping. After calling daily to find out what's going on (standard answer is "I'll check with shipping and get back to you" but they never do. I finally get notification today that the label has been prepared 7/24 (8 days after purchase and I should have already received the goods). Then when I check the tracking number, it says its being shipped via ground shipping so I won't get it in 2 days.
Update: So only part of my order is received and pick up on . I call them and they say everything in 1 box. I say the box received is the original packing box with 24 items. the remaining 7 items can't fit in that box. "They have to check with shipping". I finally get an email after speaking with 3 different people that shows 2 different boxes sent (no tracking number had been provided except for today's email). I call UPS and they can't find the box and tells me to call the shipper."

Their return policy should be clearly visible on their website and it is not...you have to look for it. But this is not what I am questioning...it is the horrible, disrespectful way they treat a customer. No wonder their rating is ONE star. "I ordered items that were not compatible with my wiring. They have no return information on their website; you have to call them and wait for a response. Then, although I did not open the items which means they can still sell it at full price, they charged me a ridiculous 25% restocking fee and shipping charges, so that I only received $107 back for items I paid $155 dollars for. Shop elsewhere. All they care about is making a profit, not helping their customers to resolve issues.
