"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, which means NO customer service. Good luck trying to get a live person on the phone or a reply to emails. Ordered 2 laptops on 07/26/13 and still have not rec'd them as of 08/15/13, but they were sure to charge my credit on the same day. Have tried every number available (the one on my cc statement is no longer in service), emails to customer service go unanswered, the one phone number that does "ring" is useless unless you have a contact name or extension. I'm beginning to suspect fraud. I have file a dispute with my bank regarding the charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!"
"I ordered 13 days ago and have not heard a word from them or seen my product. I can't get anyone on the phone or get a reply email. They claim 24 hour/7 day customer service in their order email receipt. I think they meant 24 hour NO customer service. Their links to the BBB, Trustwave and Norton Secured do not work. Perhaps this is one of those sites where you have to wait for them to get home from their day job. It's pretty pathetic that they never bothered to contact me regarding the status of my order. It's not only professional courtesy but common courtesy. "

When I spoke with them over the phone they were very helpful in explaining how I could determine if it was be compatible with my other equipment. "Vendor cancelled the order and raised the prices instead of delivering the product. Made excuse, like oh yeah that is for a damaged screen, I will call you back when I have another in. I later checked and they were selling these now for about $60 more. He had never called back. Vendor then responded that there was never such an order (#1365372922), but emails exist. He then removed the item from their web store and claimed he did not sell this item. In fact seller tried to have my feedback removed by telling ResellerRatings that this transaction never took place. Of course that was rejected by reseller ratings because I have all the documentation. It showed up on the site as of 4/15 before the vendor removed it and said it was NEVER there. I can not imagine buying from such a dishonest vendor. I also question a seller who tries to illegitimately have bad feedback removed. I also question the pattern of 5 ratings on this site. The pattern makes me wonder if they are legitimate?"

"Printer was ordered with free shipping as indicated on the web site and seller will not honor the free shipping but after disputing with seller, they finally honored it. Have to do a lot of follow up. No reply when emailed to follow up. So Have to follow up several times by phone before printer finally got shipped. At least the printer works after we got it."
