"This merchant is horrible. They basically stole my $$$. I ordered on the 3rd of April. Cancelled twice with them. Once on the 5th and 8th. They finally responded back to me on the 11th of April telling me that I have been billed and that my ordered was shipped and they could no longer do anything about it. However, when I asked for a tracking number, they could not provide me with one. When I checked the status of my Sennheiser PC350, it was still on backorder. So, I dont know how they are forcing me to pay for something that is on backorder and has not even shipped. Especially after I emailed them numerous times to cancel my order. Please beware of this merchant. Forcing a consumer to buy a product that is not in stock is not good business. Nor is ignoring a consumers request for cancellation of an order."

"Absolutely horrible service. I ordered an underwater camera housing through Amazon Marketplace on 12/14/06. At the time of my order, Electon Jon's listing stated that they had 6 in stock as of the date of order. The next day, their ad on Amazon still indicated 3 in stock, and I received an email the my order was backordered. No big deal, I had the camera and could wait on the housing. The email indicated that I could expect the item to ship in 5 to 6 days.
On 12/31, I sent an email requesting an update, as EJ's was again selling the item on Amazon (the ad listed 14 in stock, though they were now priced slightly higher). I recieved a email on 1/2 from "Mike", who reported that my order had been processed amd should arrive soon. I replied to request a tracking number for the shipment. No response. I emailed again after another 2 days, asking for confirmation of shipment and requesting that the order be cancelled if not shipped. The entire time, the listing was updating each day with a statement of that X number were in stock as of that morning. They never responded.
Electron Jon's lists a phone number on their site and at Amazon (it is listed as a voice/fax). The problem is that at all times, it is only a fax. No person ever answers the phone, so you cannot contact them directly.
I finally had to file a claim through Amazon to resolve the problem and placed an order with another seller.
Horrible."
