I could start by saying poor this or poor that. Can't address packages correctly, don't refund in full when its their issue. Impossible to get a resolution in one attempt. A week waiting for their "email team" to get back to me - which they never did. It goes on. Don't buy - don't try!"
"Another blunder yet again by EA. Digital Download of Mass Effect 3 from Amazon.com does not work. Can you contact help at EA? Of course not. You cannot contact customer service without going through google search upon google search. What is their solution? Pray? I love downloading the entire game a second time from Origin's direct download.. vs. amazon. Thank you EA. Why dont you take your game releases and play a game called hide the potato? "I normally don't buy my games direct, usually cheaper through Amazon or such. But I heard about a good deal at EA Store. And older Greatest Hits game, normally for 20, had a coupon for 10 off, and a second coupon for free shipping. Ordered it on Monday, shipped on Tuesday waiting on my porch Thursday. Great deal, quick delivery and no problems with multiple coupons."
"After receiving a coupon code from EA, I preordered Battlefield Bad Company 2 from the EA Store in December 2009.
When the PC Beta was announced in February, I decided to check out my preorder status to verify my order. Unfortunately, their website repeatedly told me I had no order history. I then used the site's email system to submit a question about my order. After two weeks I still received no response to email. I finally decided to call them (they do have a number and online chat). After over an hour on hold on the phone, I was finally connected to customer service. He was quickly able to verify my ordered existed in the system, but couldn't fix it so I could see and modify my order from their website - I'd wanted to change payment method directly, but didn't want to handle it over the phone. He did also issue me a beta code immediately and waited till I verified I received it before letting me go.
A few weeks later, as the game approached release, I received an email stating my order was back ordered due to being out of stock. However, The game shipped on the day before release and, had it not been for a UPS error, would have arrived the very next day, just as I expected.
I was extremely satisfied with the shipping and price of the item. However, based on my experience with their horrible tracking system and non-existent email customer service (though the guy on the phone was great), I'll not likely choose to buy from them ever again.
It's just horrible to purchase directly from such a big name company and fear you're being scammed until they actually ship."
"The website design they use is flawed. When you try to pay with PayPal it does not let you sign into your PP account to put the payment through. This, however is not my main concern with EAstore.com. Their customer service is atrocious. I send them an email about how to either get my PP payment to go through or how I can change my payment method as you have ZERO options on the site once the order is placed. No modify order in anyway. I receive verification that my email was sent and it says "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours." Great. 24 hours goes by, no reply. I wait 32 hours and I add on to my question. 48 hours go by and still no reply. I send a new email to them. I get the same "get back in 24 hours" email and nothing more. Another 24 hours go by and I hear nothing from them. Then I finally get an email saying they canceled my order because I did not pay in 3 days time. Which is what I was hoping their customer service would help with. By this time the price of the item I wanted was raised $20 and if I reordered it would have cost me. It is nearly a week later and I still have not heard a word on either of the emails I sent them. I will no longer buy from EAstore.com again. Quality customer service is the easiest thing to do and EAstore doesnt even make an attempt at it. "
