"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKS!!! Made a purchase for a watch winder as a gift, sent them payment and no word from them. I had to email them myself to remind them of a cleared transaction, then they came back saying the item not in stock which didn't show up on their website as back ordered. Asked for a refund as this item will not arrive on time as a birthday gift and I ended up buying elsewhere. After a couple of emails, one of their correspondents even informed me that "a member of his family died" and that's why he couldn't take care of my transaction and asked me to be patient. After a week later I emailed them again and nothing, no reply at all. At this point I know I got suckered by a fraudulent website. Filed dispute with PAYPAL and won the case but still lost because up to now I have not been refunded of my $90.00. The telephone number they gave me didn't play any greeting but hooked to a remote access modem after I left them messages. At first their "pay thru Paypal" account was temporarily suspended but after a week their back in business. PAYPAL is for scammers I tell you. I have been using PAYPAL for the longest time thinking that I am protected from scams, I guessed wrong then. The fine print states that "PAYPAL cannot guarantee a refund".. I am pulling out my Paypal account and just staying with my credit card, that way I know I can dispute the transaction. I still have all the email communications between them. I tried emailing them again after they changed their email address and guess what, it was UNDELIVERABLE. So please let this be a warning. "
