"I ordered a Toshiba VCR (item # 250155424850)thru Ebay Express and recieved a "Europen" unit that would not work with our U.S. 110 power set up without and adapter that wasn't included. Even after trying power and video adapters the unit would not function with my cable system. I did not understand that was the type of unit I was ordering. It wasn't clearly specified.

I obtained a return authorizarion and mailed the VCR back on August 22,2007. I emailed and called almost a month later and they told me they didn't have the VCR. Of course I was told they would look for it and call me back which they did not.I had to go to the Post Office and get printed proof and fax it to them. They were obviously not going to process the refund if I hadn't done that.They also deducted a 15% re-stocking fee. I felt like I was dealing with a "Buy here Pay here" used Car Dealership.I recieved payment the refund on September 23, 2007.

Worst transaction I have ever been involved with. Electronic Giants business practices are poor."
