"I ordered a few connectors that were hard to find in other stores. Prices were very good. Parts arrived within 5 days. Only complaint is lack of communication on status of order."

"This store sells some parts quite cheaply. Their processing + delivery is fast (advertised the same amount of time needed as one of their competitors but in actuality ended up beating that competitor by a whole week). You should be aware that there is a $10 minimum on any order.

For the most part I think this is a good store, I was able to get things cheaper and just as fast as if I went to my local radioshack. Their selection of items isn’t great but they do carry a few things that I needed but could not find from other online venders (didn’t search extensively due to time). The only real complaint I have is a minor one, that their quality control isn’t so great. I was told that things are always checked prior to being shipped but that is a lie. I got ~30% of the items I ordered to be dead on arrival(manufacture’s fault not theirs) or did not do what it was supposed to (cheap pretty imitations from china). Some items clearly have been in storage for quite some time. A couple of the parts that I ordered the white plastic had already started to yellow with age(not sure if this could have been avoided with better storage conditions) but they worked so it doesn’t bother me much. The RMA system is pretty poor, they charge a 20% restock fee even if the part arrived DOA. I ended up just ordering a replacement from them since after the restock fee the refunded amount would have just covered the shipping. Because of the lack of detail on item description and manufacture defect I ended up ordering 3 times from them when it should have been just one time. In the ended I was satisfied but I did have to by ~$25 worth of things that I did not need + 2 extra shipping costs since the only parts I needed were all well under $10 (I should have just waited and made one order but there was no was to know in advance that not all parts would be up to par). In the end, a couple of weeks to get forty some dollars worth of equipment through 3 orders that easily could have cost me over $50 locally or take just as long from another online vender for a single order was still a good experience.
