"I have to admit, after reading all of the posts about this company and the majority of them being negative I was scared to purchase from them. However the deal I got was too good to pass up on and it turns out that I got more out of the case that I bought there than I will ever be able to use. As for my transaction, it went exactly as planned and it couldn't have been smoother. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. However, my only word of caution is that you read and understand their warrantee page. Some of their policies make me believe that they don't totally stand behind their products. As for the quality of the case, it was great, it came in the standard case packaging and with all the necessary screws and what not. I will buy from this seller again.
One other thing I wanted to point out is that if you think about it, most of the time the majority of people that leave comments or even come back here to rate the seller are the ones whose transaction didn't go well. There are hundreds of other transactions that electroseller has made probably with no problem, but they aren't posted in this forum because if all goes well, people are less likely to comment. Anyway just read the warrantee statement, and if you can agree to that, then you will be very satisfied with this seller. "
"Ordered a Motherboard from this company and they shipped to the wrong address."
"I ordered a full server tower from electroseller.com. Before ordering I checked here to see how other people thought of this seller. Well other people expressed how cheap they thought the cases were. I didn't care so much. I just wanted a cheap full tower case to have my computer in for the time being. I paid 49 dollars including shipping. Four days later, I had my case and it was a nice Skyhawk full tower case. I am very satisfied with this seller."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Please do not buy from Sean McPartland ("Sean"), owner of Electroseller.com ("Electroseller"). He does not stand behind his warranty. He will send out damaged equipment and will insist you keep them and will not refund your money. Sean is refusing to refund the $369.96 owed. I am presently dealing with MasterCard regarding this issue, but will be contacting the Attorney General and others. Buying from Electroseller turned out to be a nightmare and very costly. And, because of the problems I had with Electroseller, I was a month behind on building the computer.
The Sky Hawk aluminum cases that Sean sells are not like advertised--meaning, the quality is poor, flimsy, painted black, rough feel, and easily scratched. Also, the HDD on the case would not work. I purchased another black aluminum case locally from CompUSA. The quality of the case from CompUSA is excellent compared to the cases I received from Electroseller. The aluminum is different and not just painted black and it does not have white/grey chips, scratches and marks. The aluminum case I purchased from CompUSA is by Super Flower (Aluminum-Mg Alloy), Model SF-201T. I found the same case on the Internet at http://www.directron.com/201tblk.html if you want to see what it looks like.
The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged because the merchandise was not properly packaged. After calling and e-mailing Electroseller, I finally spoke to Sean. Sean insisted I keep part of the order--that is, the power supply, DVD, CD-RW and floppy drives. Sean said, "They are inside the case, no harm done to them." I kept trying to explain to Sean that the way this box looks and the computer case being dented and scratched up that I am afraid the drives may be damaged also. Sean still insisted I keep them. Sean said he will just send a new case out because it would be cheaper to send just the case. Then Sean said, "Try them, they are okay, let's see how they do and we'll go from there."
The Skyhawk 400W Aluminum Power Supply that came with the case failed. I tested the power supply with the motherboard (only the CPU and RAM were installed). It started then stopped and so on. Took the power supply to Fry's to examined and test; it did the same thing there so I bought another power supply locally.
After I finally put the computer together discovered the Lite-On drives are malfunctioning. Just like I feared that they were damaged also, it was true.
At this point, I am about to scream. Of course, calling Sean you only get his answering machine. You have to e-mail Sean many times before he responds. Finally, I sent it all back and requested a refund. Sean accepted the items back but he is refusing to give me a refund.
Sean sent me an e-mail saying his techs examined the drives and they work flawlessly; therefore, he will send them back to me and charge my account $25 for shipping. I e-mailed Sean back demanding Sean make no more charges to my credit card because if he did it is theft, etc. Sean e-mailed me again saying, "...You expect us, as a company to eat the cost of these products because of your lack of experience and necessary basic computer building skills that would have helped you to determine that these products work fine...." Sean sent other mean e-mails.
Lastly, Sean said he will not refund my money nor respond to me. Please do not deal with this company. I WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

"Bought a Case and Case Accessories."
"Nice company, ordered a door with window for my case and it was sent in proper packaging and was a $6? door for $25 and it was free shipping. I was a little disappointed that it it was ordered on Wednesday and arrived the same day as an order for a presetup pretested motherboard combo that was ordered on the following Monday.
I cannot discredit this company for that because it was 4th of July weekend and they clearly stated on there website that they were closed on the 4th and 5th
Would do business with them again
Door was in perfect shape"
"I ordered a Future Power case from them. They had free UPS ground shipping, so I used that option. When it got here, I noticed that the case looks very flimsy. In fact, one of the corners of the case was bent in a bit. Not sure if it arrived that way or it was due to misuse by UPS, but even if it was thrown a round, the packaging could have been a bit better. Either way, I'm not sure whether I would buy from them again."
"I ordered an aluminum Skyhawk midtower case with 400W power supply ($95), a third fan (+$5), and a neon light kit (+$25). It came to my door in fine time with all the necessary screws and wires. There was no damage to the case because it was tightly packed, and the power supply was operational. I got an incredible deal (better than my friend who bought a case with less power and less fans at a computer show) and will shop with them again. There's is a top-notch store."
"Ordered an aluminum case w/ enermax power supply. Was worried for a bit because power supply was in upside down; so I couldn't see the second fan. Took it out and it was definitely enermax :-) Only thing, the case was designed for the power supply to be in that orientation, so I have to drill new holes for it. Other than that, the Case is top notch with 3 extra fans and an interesting pci card holder and cpu fan air duct. Very cool and light. I can't really blame them for the power supply mounting problem, because most power supplies don't have a second fan on the bottom... "
"Don't buy from electroseller! The case and power supply I bought here has turned out to be a lemon. It all worked great for about a month, then the PSU which was an off name brand shorted out and short circuited everything in my computer. I had to return all of my parts to NewEgg.com (Buy here they are awesome.) Luckily they took care of everything and they replaced my equipment. Electroseller however wouldn't even return my e-mail about the power supply. I eventually had to foot the bill for a new one (from NewEgg, of course) myself. Not long after this fiasco, the door on my case broke as well. I can't stress enough how much of a headache buying from Electroseller has been. Stay clear of this one."
"I ordered colored speakers from electroseller. They showed a picture of a speaker and said underneath, "this is the actual color." I bought that specific color to match my computer tower. When I received the speakers, the color was not even close to the color they showed on their website, I mean we are talking the difference between black and white!
I e-mailed them about it and they told me to send them back at my own expense. Well, by the time I paid those shipping costs, I might as well have just gotten speakers from my local retailer.
It would have been different if they just advertised, "blue," but they actually showed the color and said, "this is the actual color.""
"Bought me a new black case for my computer. Case was good and came with a 350 watt power supply (turbo). My only problem was the shipping was 2 days late then what it was scheduled."
"VERY helpful and honest. Owner told me that I should buy a product elsewhere because he could not get the right varient of my request at a good price. I bookmarked them. Kirk"
"NIce aluminum case was delivered as promised. Power supply went belly up and I received a quick RMA number and replacement"
