"I chose ElegantAppliance.com for low price on a Danby DDR7009REE dehumidifier. The item was in stock and shipped in 48 hours from a warehouse near me, so the unit was operating in my home within 72 hours of online purchase. The item offered free shipping via UPS Ground with a tracking number. The item shipped in the manufacturer's box, packed inside another shipping box with padding, and arrived in good condition. The website displays a toll-free phone number and email address for customer support. I am not sure how quickly they would respond, since this is apparently a small e-commerce company. Prices are in U.S. dollars, but the credit card charge was from a Canadian company, Berland Inc., so my credit card company charged a foreign transaction fee (1% of sale price). Something to keep in mind if you are price shopping. I wish I had checked the website "Twitter deal tracker" for an additional 10% discount coupon code on the item I purchased. Overall, this was a very favorable shopping experience with ElegantAppliance."
