"Ordered an item (vape mod) that arrived faulty, the store will not honor their return policy or exchange the item. They claim I had it past warrenty, which it is not. They counted the day that it was sold not shipped and picked up. Even so, the item is defective and eligible for return. I am a return customer and this is my first return, I did not realize they would not honor their policys or attempt to find a suitable resolution as long as they get paid, they do not care at all about their buisness practices or customers. I will be looking for a new buisness that are not scam artists.
Also, Their pick up locations are far and inconvenient, they expect their customer to be able to pick it up the same day as the warrenty begins when purchased."

"Buyer beware, I knew delivery would take extra time, but delivery status was never current and the no name delivery company marked my shipment undeliverable because I wasn’t home and returned my order without giving me any notice that attempts were made. Now Element says I have to wait until product returns to them for a refund which took 3 weeks to get here. It’s in the possession of their delivery company. Complete lack of communication and effort to provide good customer service. What a joke. I was a consistent monthly customer. Not anymore."

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Have tried to purchase a Drag 3 now 2 times, both times their "fraud protection" service flagged the transaction and canceled order.
Tried talking to customer support to find a remedy to allow my transaction to go through and in short they told me to go away. Exact wording below:
"Hello,
We kindly ask that you look elsewhere for your vaping needs.

Each time I inquired what was wrong and how to resolve it I was given the same cookie cutter response, "Hello,

All transactions made on our site gets processed by our Fraud Detection System. The system uses a specific algorithm to analyze each transaction. Our Fraud Detection System flagged the order and let us know that it did not meet the approval rate.
Any information that raises a red-flag may result in an automatic cancellation. The funds should return to your account within 2-5 business days (or 10 business days if a prepaid gift card was used), depending on the card issuer/bank's processing time.

As a first time customer this entire experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend anyone use their services."
"One if the Vaporesso Luxe Pm40 that I purchased thru element vape had battery issues right out of the box. The device needs to be charged constantly. I emailed their warranty support and did not receive a response. Then I emailed their customer support and also did not get a response. Finally, I was able to get thru to customer support by filling out their online support form.
I informed element vape that I have been having battery issues with the device as soon as I started using it. Their response was it could be a number of things that is causing the battery issue. Because of these subjective reasons can not be determined if they are the reason for a defective device, they do not warranty battery issues.
Element vape refuses to acknowledge that this is a brand new device that is having battery issues. It's not a device that I've had for a couple of months and battery issues started developing. This would be like if I gave element vape counterfeit cash and they came back and told me I gave them useless money. Then I tell them because of the nature of banking and handling of cash, it is hard to determine if the cash I gave them was counterfeit without actually having the cash in hand to look at...and therefor cannot accept the fake cash for real cash.
Element vape should have had a disclaimer on the product page in bold letters..."Purchase at your own risk, if you receive a defective product, thats in you and we will not take it back eventho we sent you a defective product". If this is disclosed on the product page, how many people do you think would actually purchase this item?
This review is not to badmouth element vape, its to share my personal experience. If my experience can save at least one person from future frustration with element vape, then the review has done its job. $30 isn't going to break me, this is more about the principle of things. I will take my business elsewhere, where the business stands behind the product they are selling."
"I received my order with the E juice box ripped and missing pieces of the box, the seal was broken on the E juice, and it was leaking. I know by the looks of the box (because there was a chunk of cardboard missing looked ripped off) it was not USPS it was a packer issue. Also the invoice was wrapped tightly around the E juice box to try to cover up the rip even though I ordered another product why would you only cover the E juice box? When I contacted returns they only offered me five dollars credit because they blamed transit.I proceeded to tell them it was not transit because the transit envelope was completely non-damaged not even dirty and a piece of cardboard was actually missing from the ejuice box. They then said pretty much that I was wrong and that I can return the sticky bottle or take my five dollars. I’m never going to shop there again and I was actually really excited for this product and now I’m bummed out."

"Ordered April 9th. Usps being stupid and can’t find it. This isn’t element vapes fault but I reached out to them for help or guidance in what to do and they sent me a canned email that didn’t help me at all. I’m sure they have a lot going on but at the same time it would have been nice to actually get some help. Now I’m out $136 and neither Element Vape or USPS are willing to respond.
Now it’s May 3rd. They refuse to give me a refund even though USPS located the package and is sending it back. They told me to wait 14 business days and I did. They still won’t refund me until USPS gets it back to them. I never got the order... why do I have to wait for usps to get it all the way back to them before I can get the money back that I spent on their products?? Emailed multiple times and customer service just gives me generic canned responses telling me to wait. They won’t even talk to you like a human. They don’t even sign off on their emails with a name or offer any sort of communication. Never ordering from them again and I hope this review helps others to decide to stop giving them money as well. "

"After placing over $100 order get email confirming order and stating it’s ready for shipment. Problem is they use some shipping companies never heard of instead of Usps and then 15 days later still tracking all messed up shoes package going back and forks across country multiple times, no delivery date & customer service has sent bot replies I believe because exact same response. Unfortunately I decided to order my Vape pens (2) from Element Vape. I have used this exact brand/style for more than 3 years. I usually purchase elsewhere and NEVER had an issue. So I was surprised that immediately out of the box there was a problem ... I threw out a brand new coil and tried another one thinking that was the issue it was not.. So what I thought would be not a big deal... explain the situation ....exchange it good to go.... but nope
After multiple emails ... finally with an email from them asking me for a video of “ air flow problem” which please explain how I show air in a video ... when I asked them that exact question the next response was
