"After few weeks the mobile stopped working. Contacted them and communicated with their representative named Jenny. Totally useless and she isn't able to communicate well in english. Always answering with the same manner. Sent back the mobile and it did not arrive. Communicated with China post and was advised that the address they gave me does not exist and the phone got lost. They are all low lifes and thieves. Don't you ever buy from them.Incompetent, scam and fraudulent company. Also low quality mobile phones"
"Worst experience! I have order an P9000E. The info on the website in some places says 32GB and other 64GB. It also show pictures of fast charging. So I sent an email to customer service before my purchase. She have confirmed with me that it was 64GB. Then when I have received it, it was a 32GB no fast charging. Which means I have paid for a product that was badly marketed and I consider this as a fraud. I have exchange email back and forth for a month now asking them for a full reimbursement because it is not was I paid for. I was willing to send back the phone. They kept dodging the question. I dealt with 3 differents people all the time. And have to tell my story back and forth. Will never buy from Elephonestore.com ever again. Nothing being resolve, bad customer service. Avoid at all cost."

Now we are on17th of April. No sign of phone being despatched.

Today is 17 December, last answer from customer service from 10 December was promising shipment in one week. Since then no reaction although I asked for true shipment date.
