"It's funny when you get an e-mail reponse apoligizing and saying that they will give you a rebate and EXPEDITE your order. I think they forgot the meaning of EXPEDITE. We ordered Three Clocks on March 26, after lots of apologetic e-mails we received ONE clock on May 8. I also found out Elite Clocks purchases clocks from Howard Miller in Zeeland MI. Wonder if Elite's credit is BAD and that's why we haven't received our order. Even though they've had our money since March 26! Still waiting for TWO as of May 30."
"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, on the Web. I ordered sunglasses from them at the beginning of 2003 (credit card funds immediately deducted). It's now the middle of May 2003 and still no glasses or refund. I keep getting promises of delivery, yet the promises are not kept. I've told them to either deliver my stuff or refund my money. In any case, I'm tired of getting the run around. A company like this, running free and loose on the web, will ruin trust that we place with these companies when making our orders…"
"I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Elite Clocks. I ordered two clocks on 4/21/03. My credit card was charged immediately but to date, 5/8/03, I have not received my order nor have I received any notification that it will be shipped in the near future. I am contacting my credit card company concerning this charge, as they will not respond to phone calls or email."
"Very poor customer service. I order items from them and they did not even send them, even though they billed my credit card. I am seeking a refund from my credit card's end, as this company will not reply to my emails or phone calls. This is the parent company of an umbrella of their merchants.
