I placed an order on March 6th, 2015. I received my damaged item on July 21st, 2015.

I was promised a partial refund during the delayed ordering process and was told THREE times that it had been issued. I've never received a refund.

I was given multiple excuses for delays: bad weather, damaged in transit, delayed manufacturing, etc. all the while still waiting for my promised partial refund.

Then, the item is delivered DAMAGED while I'm out of town, signed for by someone else, and I'm told that they wish they would have known sooner that I wouldn't be there for delivery.

Really? I wish it would have been delivered FOUR MONTHS earlier as it should have been! Honestly, I wish I would have never ordered from this company in the first place.

I tried calling to speak with a supervisor, but their automated phone system simply tells me to leave a message and they'll call me back. Surprise! I've never received a phone call.

Please stay away from Elite Signs Outlet, and warn all of your friends and associates that this disreputable company CANNOT be trusted."
