"I searched Amazon and a few other on-line vendors for this specific replacement natural gas BBQ. All were priced the same, but Elite offered $$$ discount via email sign-up and similar Free Shipping. Fed Ex delivery was on time and helpful. Driver said Fed Ex policy would not allow shipping container to be opened and was limited to visual inspection only. We've been too busy to open container yet and set up new grill, so I cannot comment on product performance. "

"I ordered and received a new Toto toilet with no problem. I contacted a plumber to install it. Unfortunately, I discovered that the 12 inch Outlet Connector which came with the toilet was too long. We needed a 10 inch connector. He couldn't proceed and charged me $150. The instructions said the 10 inch connector was optional and had to be purchased seperately. I tried in vain to contact Elite so I could exchange the outlet for the size I needed but neither the packing slip nor the website had a number to help me. Toto's custumer service people (the number on the packing slip) would not sell me one since they do not sell directly to the public, I was told. We got no response to our e-mail to Elite's customer service. After much difficulty I found a supplier, bought the right one for $95, and paid the plumber another $150 to come back and install it. Terrible and costly experience. "
