"I ordered from Elizabeth Arden.com. Their prices were on a par with stores like Macy's but they offered free shipping and a gift with purchase. Unfortunately, even though the billing address and the shipping address were to be the same, the packages were sent to an old address. Customer service was useless. They would not contact UPS and told me to tell UPS to leave it at the UPS facility where after five days it would be returned to them and they would process my refund. (UPS would not immediately return to sender but would for the sum of $15. let me change the address on the second package.)I told UPS I was not going to drive a round trip of close to 650 miles to pick up the packages so I sit here without the product waiting for a refund. My experience was unsatisfactory and lead me to conclude that elizabetharden.com does not value me as a customer. "
