"A couple months back I had to create some special lighting for a client at the Shop Talk Show in Las Vegas. My client wanted wall lights in their booth and a special photo op area with a hanging Light Source.
After searching for days for a company after my previous vendor backed out, I found Ellumiglow and reached out for some assistance.
Very quickly Justin reached out to me and together we put together an entire Kit of Pixel Free LED Trim for the wall and the 360 Pixel Free Tubing for my hanging element. He was also able to make sure I had the right DMX controller to set the frequency so I would not get any banding when the cameras captured the image. As I put the kit together I realized I needed more Parts and Pieces and Justin was able to overnight me everything I needed and spent time with me on the phone to help troubleshoot and perfect my plan.
The show was a hit and my Client was so happy they have now ensured these elements will be on all of their Builds going forward.
I mainly want to post this review as a shout out to the wonderful customer service received by Justin and I will definitely be purchasing from this Vendor again when I need it for another gig."
"After being sold a product that was supposed to be cUL approved, I received a product that DID NOT have the certification that was promised. Customer service started the process for me return the product back to them of which I did, so I tracked the return to confirm they received it, which they have, but no refund issued. Numerous emails now sent and numerous phone messages left (they have an answering service that makes you believe they are busy assisting other customers but you are always prompted to leave a message, however no response back from anyone at this company). I have even used their website to message them with the same unfortunate result of no reply. Hands down the WORST customer service I have experienced from a company and I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It may work out for some buyers, but if you ever have issues with your product, you will see numerous reviews sharing this same negative feedback on their experiences. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone."
"I would stay away from them. They do quick response with any questions you have and does quick shipping.
After nearly a month-long delay on specific parts (They also failed to note that on my order sheet when I got the order the first time, sounds like they expect me to overlook it??? Nope!) They apologized and they are back-ordered.
Nearly a month with no e-mail letting me know the status, I had to cancel the whole thing due to lost customers who had to wait for my customized order! They said to send it back for FULL refund in which I promptly returned with tracking number.
more than 2 weeks later, I sent a number of e-mails regarding refunds and HAVE heard NOTHING! This is unacceptable customer service! I have gone with other El Wire business who did awesome job with orders, communications and everything else!
Oh yeah, as of this writing...I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: Funny how PalPay helped get this straighten out quickly for this company to sent me refund the same day I posted this review!
While their product looks good but I would advise you to be careful with their lack of "customer service" AFTER your order! Good Luck!"

Not only did Cameron and Justin spend a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with me, they arranged to have a lot of the soldering and connections done BEFORE shipping and ensured that I had everything that I needed. I ended up having a small hiccup in my order and they fixed it, no questions asked. You simply can't ask for better customer service."

I placed an order via the website for $273.04 worth of costume supplies for my children. I arranged for express saver shipping and had not received the order yet. When I inquired over the phone, I was told that the order had not even shipped. When i asked about the express shipping, Justin told me that we could just cancel the order if I wasn't satisfied.
If I had not already told my children that I had gotten the materials to make their costumes, I would have cancelled the order right then and there. This company SUCKS!!! I will be looking for other sources tonight so that I can tell them to shove my order where the sun doesn't shine!"
"I ordered a product Thursday night from this company around 11pm my time (Cincinnati, Ohio). Three hours later (2am my time, 11pm theirs and way past their listed business hours of 5pm) I received two emails. The first confirmed my order and the second stated that they'd already pulled my order and had it sent out for delivery. Talk about fast service! I received the package on that following Monday!
I ordered three products from this California-based company. Two of these products I was dissatisfied with (the products are wires connected to battery packs and I didn't like the look of two of them).
The company's website says to call of email them for returns. I called about 5-6pm EST and left a voicemail. At 7:06pm EST I received a call back. Justin Metras was the caller and he explained that the one wire I liked was 2.6mm and the ones I didn't were 3.4mm. I asked if I could ship back the 2 I didn't like and he told me that yes, definitely. He then proceeded to inform me that he would ship 2 equivalent products with the thinner wire the next day, even though he had not received my return yet! He also let me know he was going to send another email just confirming what we'd spoken about.
Less than ten minutes after the phone call I had my email back. It said:
"Thank you for speaking with me on the phone. Please send the two [items] to the following address. Also, I will send out two new [items] with the 2.6mm wire that will match your [other] in tomorrow's mail. One thing I forgot to mention over the phone is the 2.6mm wire will require a different battery pack that actually takes a 9V battery rather than 2 AA. The AA Battery Packs will not power 12 Feet of Wire (how I think they should look anyway) as well. I hope that is OK to receive 2 9V Battery Packs instead."
I was very impressed, not online with the quick turnabout of service when other companies make you wait until they have received the product and many times a few business days after that until they ship anything out. However, what really stood out to me was that Mr. Metras took the time to explain that the new packs would use a different battery than the originals and to check that this was acceptable. Many companies would just ship it out and not really care or take that extra effort.
On top of all of this, by 9:51pm on Monday night I received an email from UPS letting me know he'd put in the order to have the items shipped already.
That is, simply put, the best customer service I have EVER received.
