"I ordered a blower motor fan resister from Elmhurst Toyota. I waited about a week for the part to arrive, searched through my emails for tracking and found nothing. Turns out after logging onto my account to unravel the mystery my order was canceled. No communication or reason given. I was driving around with a fogged up window with no heat. I’ll be overspending on OEM Toyota parts elsewhere from now on. I’m just trying to keep this 2015 Sienna going with 216,000 miles on it so my 15 year old girl can call my cringe and I can keep from spending a lot on a new car . "

I asked what information he needed or would make it easiest and he curtly responded, "I just need the order number ma'am" and did not provide eye contact. Again, it was a quick trip but not the most friendly experience. "
