"Just a terrible website and even worse customer service. I entered an updated address, clicked "billing and shipping are the same" and the computer only updated one address. I immediately caught the error in my order confirmation and emailed and called them within minutes. But both responded that I had to call FedEx to try to change the address. FedEx told me that, no, only the shipper could make such a change. But they refused to do so and went ahead and sent the merchandise to an address where I no longer live. They refused to resend it to the correct address or refund the money until some unknown person living at my old address returned the merchandise. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and then, weeks later, got an auto-notification that the merchandise had been returned. But they still continued to fight my credit card dispute while simultaneously refusing to process a refund for the returned merchandise. As of now, a month has gone by and they have the clothes and my money. I've spent hours on the phone dealing with this and think I may have to go to small claims court to get a refund. I would never EVER shop there again."
